Damali Thomas has been named the Urban Moo Heritage High School Athlete of the Week for her performance against Newton in Heritage's season opener. Although Asia Caldwell led the team in scoring with 17 points, Thomas was Heritage's floor general, demonstrating strong ball handling skills, and adding nine points.
