Oden and Post 1 Commissioner Oz Nesbitt, Sr. took time out of their busy schedules on Tuesday, April 22, to read to students in the community's Head Start program operated by Partners for Community Action. PCA coordinated the event in recognition of the sixth annual "Hands on Literacy Week," designed to encourage reading.
