Mrs. Gladys Hogan, age 93 of Conyers, died Sunday, September 18, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Hogan; granddaughter, Karen Evans; grandson, Wesley Bailey. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Dallas Martz, Paula and Marty Ayers, all of Madison; grandchildren, Cristy and Kelly Cargile, Chris and Lindsey Ayers, Andrew and Sarah Ayers, David Ayers, Michael Evans, Diane Schroeder; 7 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Hogan was a member of Zion Baptist Church for more than 30 years. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Zion Baptist Church with Rev. Reese Sanders officiating; interment will follow at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends Tuesday, September 20, 2011 from 2 until 4 p.m. and 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
