Rockdale County Sheriff's Office deputies are asking for the public's help in locating an armed robbery suspect who struck a gas station in south Rockdale Sunday night.

On June 16, around 10:25PM, the suspect entered the BP gas station located at 2992 Highway 155 in south Rockdale County. He approached the store on foot, robbed the store at gunpoint and then fled the area on foot.

The suspect is described as a slender black male with dark complexion and average to below average height. He was wearing a black wave cap, khaki pants, a dark multi-colored shirt or jacket, tan and white shoes, and was armed with a black handgun.
