The Conyers Police Department is looking for feedback from the community for its annual Service Satisfaction Survey for calendar year 2013.
The goals of the service satisfaction survey are to measure levels of citizen concern for safety, levels of police performance, public confidence in the department as well as to provide an opportunity for public comment on police performance. CPD Chief Gene Wilson explained, "It is helpful to know how we are viewed by our citizens to gauge the quality of our work. We aim to judge the different facets of our job to include contact with the public, the way we protect our citizens and their property, and the overall job we are performing. The results of this survey are taken directly to our patrol officers and any issues are addressed, positive and negative."
The on-line survey will be conducted beginning Friday and will run until Monday, March 31, at midnight. The link to the survey will be at www.conyerspolice.com.
