BELLEVILLE, Ill. — Authorities say a fourth person faces charges in connection with the stabbing death of a Georgia man whose body was dumped on the side of a road in southwestern Illinois and found by horseback riders. The Belleville News-Democrat reports (http://bit.ly/r9FT71 ) that 37-year-old Christopher Mays from near East St. Louis was charged Saturday with first-degree murder. A phone listing for Mays couldn't be located Sunday.
