The Redeeming Love Christian Ministries church would like to honor veterans and military families with a special service and recognition on Nov. 11.

During the service, there will be a posting of the flag, a special reading thanking veterans for their service, a PowerPoint presentation with their picture, name, and branch of service, their picture displayed on a wall of honor outside of the sanctuary, a special reading for the wives and family members of those veterans and light refreshments afterwards.

Tanya Croone, Co-Pastor of Redeeming Love Christian Ministries, said her husband Pastor Jamie Croone had served in the Army for 10 years. “We appreciate the sacrifice they’ve made and want to take the time out to publically thank them. A lot of times people don’t know what it takes and the families who take years, when they’re serving overseas. We wanted to say thank you as our way of honoring them,” said Tanya Croone.

The service will be Nov. 11, 10:30 a.m. at the Redeeming Love Christian Ministries Church at 1931 Old Covington Road. For more information, call Presethoni Fuller at 678-773-6632 or the church at 770-922-1491.
