Images of the suspect who broke into several cars at a parking lot at the Hill Phoenix plant

Conyers police are looking for a suspect who broke into several cars parked at Hill-Phoenix and attempted to go on a shopping spree with stolen cards.

On Feb. 15, several vehicles at Hill-Phoenix, 2050 Sigman Road, were broken into during business hours. A sharp object was punched into the driver's side door of several cars, some unsucessfully. The suspect then attempted to use one of the victims' stolen debit/credit card at the Foot Locker at the South DeKalb Mall.

The suspect is described as a black male in his early 20s, wearing a red T-shirt, red hoodie, dark baseball cap, dark pants, and black shoes.

The clothing of the suspect pictured in the images from security cameras at the mall appears to match the images of the suspect from security cameras at Hill-Phoenix. The vehicle the suspect left in appears to be a gold or tan Ford Taurus four-door sedan.

If anyone has contact with a vehicle or suspect matching these descriptions, they are asked to contact Conyers Police Department Detective Dwayne Jones at 770-929-4213 or dwayne.jones@conyersga.gov.
