Do you know a breast cancer survivor who is an inspiration to you and all those around her? The Kimberley Chance Atkins Foundation is seeking nominations for the Wall of Hope at Rockdale Medical Center. The deadline to nominate a survivor is Friday, Sept. 19.

The Wall of Hope features portraits of breast cancer survivors to inspire for women facing uncertain and daunting diagnoses.

Women nominated for the Wall of Hope must meet the following criteria:

They must be resident of Rockdale County, be a breast cancer survivor and be an example of strength and hope to friends and supporters.

Nomination forms can be found in the Women's diagnostic Center at Rockdale Medical Center or go tokimatkins.net, complete the forms and return it to Kimberley Chance Atkins Foundation, Wall of Hope Nominations, P.O. Box 80039, Conyers, Ga. 30012. 

This will be the fourth year the KCAF has sponsored this occasion. The wall unveiling will take place Thursday, Oct. 21, at Rockdale Medical Center at 6 p.m.
