Mr. William D. “Bill” Langford, age 67, of Covington passed away September 2, 2015.  He was born June 19, 1948 in Knoxville, Tennessee to the late Charles and Ama Ruth Langford.  Bill loved Tennessee Football, and enjoyed watching Gunsmoke and NASCAR.  He is survived by his wife, Marla Jo Langford; his sons and daughter-in-law, David Langford and Phillip and Tonya Langford; his grandchildren, Levi, Mary, Breanna, Andrew, Tyler and Tanner; Great Grandson, Liam.  Mr. Langford is also survived by his brothers, Charles and Irwin, his sister Debbie and numerous nieces, nephews, other family, close friends and his special friend “Tiger” his beloved dog.  Funeral services for Mr. Langford will be held at 11 o’clock Saturday, September 5, 2015 at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home with Reverend Barney Johnson officiating.  Interment will follow at New Covington Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Friday, September 4, 2015 at the funeral home from 6pm until 8pm.   J.C.
