Terri Jo Fowler of Covington, Ga. died Friday April 16, 2010 at her residence. She was born on March 30, 1961 in Ft. Walton Beach, Fl. She had survived 18 years with a heart condition and her daughters were thankful that they had her as a friend and mother during this time.Mrs. Fowler is survived by husband Ched Fowler of Covington, Ga; daughters Sarah F. Barrett and husband Richard E. of Bremen, Ga, Rachel Anne Fowler of Covington, Ga; step-son Jeremy Fowler and wife Noemi of Athens, Ga; parents Curtis and Sarah C. Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday April 19, 2010 in the Chapel of Wheeler Funeral Home with Mr. Pete Ratliff and Rev. Phil Carpenter officiating. Interment will be at New Covington Cemetery.
