 Mr. Sylvester "Big Baby" Horton began life on June 4, 1948 in Covington, Georgia, to the late Mr. & Mrs. Johnny (Luevina) Horton.

        He  was educated at Washington Street School. He worked and was very knowledgeable as a plumber for many years. He has touched many hearts in so many ways in his lifetime.

       Big Baby was called home on July 22, 2013. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Ms. Taleda Horton, three brothers, Deacon Orillious Horton, Mr. Johnny Horton, Jr. and Mr. A.C. Horton, one sister, Ms. Estella Dennis,.

       He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Mrs. Lynn Peacock, one son, Mr. & Mrs. Danny (Monique) Horton, three daughters, Ms. Veronica Horton, Ms. Georgia Ann Petty and Ms. Davita Gibbs, four brothers, Mr. & Mrs. J.C. (Shirlene) Horton, Mr. & Mrs. Willie (Patricia) Horton, his twin, Mr. Selester Horton and Mr. Eddie Horton, one sister, Ms. Rosetta Stephens, fourteen grandchildren, one great grandchild, two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Ernestine Horton and Mrs. Ella Mae Horton and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
