Ruth E. Wiggins, 87, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on August 28. Mrs. Wiggins, the daughter of the late Chester and Ethel Holcomb Capell of Porterdale, was born in Arabi in 1923. She was preceded in death by husbands Robert Eugene Barrett Sr. and Sultan Wiggins, her son Robert Eugene Barrett Jr. and sisters Lucy Savage and Lillian Willis.
