Robert Benoit of Covington, passed away earlier this week at the age of 58. Mr. Benoit currently worked for Ingles, and was a former employee of Winn-Dixie Supermarket. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, and was an excellent guitar player. Mr. Benoit was preceded in death by his parents, Ozer Dave and Willie Emogene Whitener Benoit; sister, Elizabeth Boland; niece Michelle Delyea, and infant brother Benoit. Survivors include his son, Benjamin O. Benoit; sister and brother-in-law, Davia and David Delvea of Carriere, MS; many loving nieces and nephews; former spouse and close friend, Angela Benoit Munn of Fairburn, GA. A Memorial Service for Mr. Benoit will be held at a later date.
