Raburn Lee Crawford, of Covington passed away Nov. 21, 2013 at the age of 80. He was a member of Solid Rock Baptist Church and was a dedicated employee of Bonded Service Warehouse for 47 years. He was thankful for all his blessings, his home and especially his family, whom he loved dearly. He enjoyed shopping at yard sales and pawn shops. Mr. Crawford loved gardening, giving vegetables away and riding his grandchildren on his farm equipment.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Dimple Crawford; children and their spouses, Terry Lee and Dee Crawford, Linda and Jeff Bates, Steven Ray Crawford, Susan and Larry Mitchell; grandchildren, Kim Smith, Jason Vaughn, Jessica Vaughn, Tiffany Hale, Justin Vaughn, Chad Crawford, Morgan Bates, Carly Mitchell, Martin Mitchell, and Dylan Crawford; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, Elsie Holder, Eloise Sherod and Evelyn Holder; brothers, Gary Crawford and Edward Crawford; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Ted Baker, Jimmy Baker, Nevin Baker, Joyce Stone, Jean Hudson, Gary Baker, and Brenda Armistead; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m., Nov. 24 in the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with pastors Mike Franklin and Lynn Head officiating. Interment will follow in Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home for two hours prior to the service today, from 1-3 p.m. Flowers are accepted, or donations can be made to Solid Rock Baptist Church, P.O.
