Norman W. Snellgrove, 71 of Conyers, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2015 at Rockdale Medical Center. He was born in Birmingham, AL. to the late Brady and Freda Stokes Snellgrove. Norman was a member of Conyers Church of God and was retired from the State of Georgia. He was a loving brother, uncle and friend. Norman loved bingo and playing cards. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters Marie Smith and Merle Kitchens.

Norman is survived by his siblings Alvin (Brenda) Snellgrove of Oxford, Georgia., Paul Snellgrove of Stockbridge, Reba Snellgrove Thomas of Covington, Brady Snellgrove of Conyers, Martha Jo (Mike) White of Conyers and Steve Snellgrove of Conyers along with many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Aug. 22, 2015 at noon in the chapel of Wheeler Funeral Home with Rev. Ed Brumlow officiating. Interment will follow immediately after the service at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 a.m. – noon on Saturday, Aug. 22, 2015.
