Young

Mrs. Janette M. Young, 93, of Almon died April 16, 2011.  She was born May 9, 1918 in McDonough, GA to the late John and Martha Crumbley Phillips.  Mrs. Young was a longtime member of Shiloh United Methodist Church for over 50 years.  She was also the Co-Owner with her husband of Kinnett Grocery in Newton County for over 20 years.  Mrs. Young was preceded in death by her Husband Mr. Emory Lee Kinnett, Son Mr. Charles Emory Kinnett, Six Brothers and Five Sisters.

Mrs. Young is survived by her Daughter and Son-in-law Patti and Gary Stiles of Snellville, Daughter-in-law Michelle Kinnett of Loganville, three Grandchildren; Lynn Cox, Leigh Batson and Adam Stiles also, three Great Grandchildren: Zack Fleming, Blake Batson and Claire Batson.  She is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews, Other Family and Close Friends.

Graveside services for Mrs. Young will be held Monday, April 18, 2011 at 2 o’clock at Lawnwood Memorial Park with Reverend John Dallas officiating.  The family will receive friends at Harwell Funeral Home Sunday, April 17, 2011 from 3:00PM until 5:00PM.  Harwell Funeral Home and Cremation Chapel, 2157 East Street SE, Covington, GA 30014 is in charge of arrangements. www.harwellfuneralhome.com
