On June 4, 1993, Mr. & Mrs. Iskimine (Shelia) Foster were blessed with a baby boy whom they named Stephen Rosales Foster. His family and friends called him "Steve".
Stephen accepted Jesus Christ at a young age and was baptized at Rainbow Covenant Ministries. He attended Alcovy High School and graduated from Covington Academy in 2011. "Steve" was a young man of many talents. He was an inspiring actor, wrote poetry and self produced many videos displaying his talents. Stephen was currently employed at Wal-mart. He was well known among his friends for his flawless personality. He was a very caring and funny person who loved to make others laugh. He was loved by many.
Stephen was called home on November 1, 2014, to join his Lord and Savior. He was preceded in death by, paternal grandfather, Mr. Obbie Foster and maternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Frank (Nellie) Thrasher Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memories; loving and devoted parents, Mr. & Mrs. Iskimine Rosales (Shelia) Foster, two sisters, Mr. & Min. Scott (Sharieka) Neal and Ms. Camelitha Foster, one brother, Mr. Weslyn Foster, a loving grandmother, Mrs. Ella Ruth Foster, five nieces, Aliyyah Neal, Ma'Kayla Cobb, Kyla Neal, Ma'Kiah Foster and Taylor Raines, four nephews, Scott Neal Jr., Micah Neal, Ma'Kiel Foster and Jeremy Webb Jr., best friend and cousin, Shannicholas Thrasher and best friend, Kelsey Stodghill, a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
