Charles Andrew Hall, of Jackson, passed away Feb. 27, 2014, at the age of 71. He worked for Evans Tool & Dye in Conyers for more than 35 years. He loved his job and his co-workers. Mr. Hall enjoyed watching NASCAR, fishing, hunting, and riding his four-wheeler and tractor. He also loved living and working on his parent’s home place, where he enjoyed growing fruit and nut trees. Mr. Hall was preceded in death by his grandson, Trevor Bailey; and parents, Andrew and Marie Hall.
Survivors include his loving wife of 19 years, Brenda Faye Hall; daughter and son-in-law, Terri and Tommy Stanifer of Stanton, Tenn.; son, Charles Anthony "Tony" Hall, and his partner John, of Adairsville; stepchildren, Tonia and Darrell Beam and Tinsley and Stephanie Bailey, all of Covington; grandchildren, Rachael Guggemos-Judd, Leslie Guggemos, Levi Stanifer, Erin Stanifer, Trint Beam, Ashley Norton, Trey Beam, and Tyler Bailey; great-grandchildren, Brad Lee, Tyler, Abbey, Emma, and Faelyn; and sister and brother-in-law, Brenda and Dick Bartosch.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. March 4 at Sardis Baptist Church, 2120 Keys Ferry Road, McDonough, with remains placed in state at 1 p.m. The Rev. Tanner Cline will officiate, and interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. March 3 at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 3134 Floyd St.,Covington.
