Mr. Leon Hall, age 81, passed away Sunday, Jan. 21, 2018.  Memorial services will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28 in the Pavilion at Sugar Creek Farms. 

Mr. Hall was born on Sept. 15, 1936 to the late Mr. Charley Jackson Hall and the late Mrs. Tellie Hunt Hall.  His greatest joy was working as a referee for the Newton County Recreation Department for 30 years. He was a member of Fountains of Praise Church.  He was preceded in death by his wife Peggy Hall, and grandson Matthew Trea.

Mr. Hall is survived by his sons Billy (Roxanne) Hall, of Covington, and Barry (Barbara) Hall, of Eatonton, five grandchildren Nick Hall, Sabrina Patrick, Crystal Miller, Christopher Miller, and Paul Collins, as well as two great-grandchildren
