The Vampire Diaries will be filming for its fifth season Wednesday, Feb. 19, beginning at 10 a.m, and running through the evening.

Filming is planned to be on the square near Mystic Grill on Clark Street and on Henderson Street. Clark Street, between Hunter Street and Church Street will be blocked off for a day scene, and Hunter Street between Clark and Washington streets will be blocked for a night scene. Henderson Street, between Washington and Clark Streets will also be blocked off for day filming.
