Prevent Child Abuse Newton is a nonprofit agency dedicated to educating parents and the community on child abuse and neglect. In honor and recognition of Child Abuse Prevention Month, Newton County Sheriff's Office and Frank's Restaurant partnered with PCAN to provide meals for the Nurturing Parenting Program participants. Frank's Restaurant currently holds the contract with NCSO to provide meals to the inmates.
