A man, identified as being part of the Outlaw motorcycle group, punched another man at The Depot Bar and Grill Friday evening.

A witness told an officer from the Covington Police Department that they saw the victim and another man arguing at the bar. According to reports, the witness told an officer that a man wearing an Outlaw jacket came over to the two men in the argument in an effort to break it up.

The witness told CPD that the victim turned to the man in the Outlaw jacket and issued an obscenity.

According to reports, “The Outlaw punched Lawson in the face and left the bar.”

The witness saw the man leave the bar, jumping the fence outside and leaving on a motorcycle wearing a vest with an outlaw patch on the back.

No charges were filed.
