The Newton High School Marine Corps Junior ROTC program invites the students, clubs and organizations of all Newton County Schools to join it in assisting the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve with their annual Toys for Tots drive.

Toys have been collected during high school football games at Sharp Stadium all year long, and will continued to be collected at all locations through Dec. 12. New, unwrapped toys will be accepted.

Collection boxes will be at schools or various businesses throughout the community. Uniformed cadets will also be positioned in various locations throughout the county soliciting donations.

Parents from the ROTC parent organization or ROTC instructors will pick up toys from the locations no later than Dec. 17.
