UPDATE: The missing woman has been located. She was found in the Atlanta Jail where she had been since around 12 p.m. after being arrested for pedestrian in the roadway.

The Newton County Sheriff's Office has issued a statewide Mattie's call for missing 56-year-old woman Eloise Moore, who is cognitively impaired.

Moore is described as a black female that is 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighs 115 pounds and has short black hair. She was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt with yellow sleeves, red shoes and dark blue jeans.

Moore lives at a personal care home at Ga. Highway 81 South in Newton County; the home reported the woman missing when they discovered she had walked away sometime after 2 pm. on Saturday, Feb. 25.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts or who has contact with this missing person is strongly urged to contact 911 or the Newton County Sheriff's Office with this information at 678-625-1421 or 678-625-1401.
