A fight between a male and a female resulted in the death of the male, Aquavias Cole, in Harmony Place Sunday.

According to Covington Police Capt. Ken Malcom, Cole and T’Keyuh Williams were involved in a physical and verbal altercation inside 7154 Harmony Place at around 11 a.m. The altercation spilled outside and into the driveway of the residence.

According to the police report, Williams threw Cole's cell phone down and busted it, and Cole jumped onto Williams' car, which was a beige Hyundai Elantra.

“The suspect entered her vehicle and then struck the victim who had positioned himself in front of her vehicle causing his death,” Malcom said.

Williams then stepped on the gas and struck a red Mustang, which turned sideways and ended up on the porch of the car's owner, said the police report. Williams then fled on foot.

Williams was held by a witness to the incident, until police arrived.

Williams is in custody and is being charged with felony murder.
