Faith Eller of Covington will participate in the 2012 Miss Jr. Teen Atlanta pageant Saturday. Eller submitted an application and took part in an interview session conducted by this year’s Atlanta Pageant Coordinator.

Eller will compete for her share of thousands of dollars in prizes and specialty gifts in the Miss Jr. Teen division. She will be in one of four divisions that will have young ladies, from the ages of 7 to 19, competing in modeling routines, which include casual and formal wear. Most importantly, Eller will display her personality and interviewing skills while speaking with this year’s Atlanta judging panel. 

The winner will represent Atlanta at the National Competition in Orlando, Fla. More than $30,000 in prizes and awards will be presented at the national competition.

Community businesses, organizations and private individuals can assist Eller in participating in this year’s competition by becoming an official sponsor. Through sponsorship, each contestant receives all the necessary training and rehearsals to be a well-prepared contestant in this year’s Atlanta pageant.
