Interstate 20 eastbound was down to one lane around exit 88, because the state's Specialized Collision and Reconstruction Team was mapping the fatal crash scene from a pedestrian fatality, Georgia State Patrol spokesman Gordy Wright said in an email.

Wright said at 11:26 a.m. that traffic should be back to normal shortly.
