The Newton County School System announced the top three finalists for Teacher of the Year Thursday morning. The finalists are Alicia Stewart from Mansfield Elementary, Bart Buff from Eastside High and Christine Kraemer from Cousins Middle. The winner will be announced at a reception at Newton High School at 4:45 p.m. on Nov. 6.
