The kindergarten class at Newton County Theme School at Ficquett held its annual Thanksgiving Program Tuesday, Nov. 19. Rows of little ones dressed as turkeys, early settlers and Native Americans performed for a packed house at the school during the Parent Teacher Organization meeting. The kindergartners told the story of Thanksgiving and amused the audience with songs about Thanksgiving dinner.
