Veyance Technologies celebrates one year

365 good days: The management staff of Veyance Technologies doing business as Specialty Yarn & Converting was honored Thursday by Porterdale city officials for the company’s first anniversary of operating in the town.

"The city of Porterdale thanks and congratulates Specialty Yarn & Converting for their achievements in excellence in manufacturing and during Manufacturing Appreciation Week as well as all year long," said Bobby Hamby, mayor of Porterdale. "We acknowledge the critical and fundamental important of Specialty Yarn & Converting to the prosperity of our economy in Porterdale."
