The Reader's Digest We Hear You America competition has been extended through May, and Porterdale still has a chance to win part of $7.5 million in financial support.

Each of the towns in the top 10 will be awarded $10,000 at the end of the month before competing for a $40,000 grand prize. The city was awarded a $1,000 check for placing in round one in January.
