COVINGTON, Ga. – Located at 10171 Carlin Drive in Covington, Your CBD Store opened as one of Covington’s newest businesses Friday, April 5 with the goal of providing an alternative solution to medicine for local residents. 

Owned and operated by the Yabuki family, Jeffery said this is his third location for Your CBD Store, with the closest one being in Loganville. 

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a naturally occurring compound found in the flower of cannabis that has therapeutic properties to offer a safe, non-addictive solution for patients. 

“The idea is, there’s a giant misconception about us and what we are and what we’re trying to do,” Jeffery Yabuki said. “I feel like people kind of treat us as though we are just looking to sell drugs to the community and its quite the opposite.”

Yabuki said a good percentage of his business comes from doctor referrals.

“Our target demographic is 50-plus or 60-plus-year-old people who have real pain and issues going on,” he said. “Our younger crowd is typically in here for things like anxiety, stress – you know – they just can’t get through life.”

Yabuki said Your CBD Store offers a personalized approach for every customer to make sure they are finding solutions that best match their needs. 

“CBD is something that requires so much education to make the right decision and that’s what we offer,” he said. 

Open six days a week, Your CBD Store will be open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from noon to 6 p.m. 

“The experience that you’re going to get here will not exist anywhere else,” Yabuki said.
