In business for 12 years, Nu-Da, a storage building company located on U.S. Highway 278, offers customers a wide selection of storage structures in varying sizes that can be used for an assortment of things including stables and hobby work sheds.
Nu-Da works with three different storage shed companies in the Southeast to fill customer orders — Quality Buildings Unlimited, Southeastern Portable Buildings and Carolina Carports Inc.
Owner Gina Caceres took over the company earlier this year after her step-father David Jernigan, who started the company, passed away.
"We take care of any questions or any problems," Caceres said. "The customer works directly with us."
Nu-Da sells three types of storage buildings. There are portable wood storage sheds, portable metal sheds and stationary steel sheds. Caceres says it takes typically two to four weeks to fill an order after it is placed.
"We call them carports but we can also do an enclosed carport all the way up to a 30-by 50 [feet]," she said. "Actually you can do it up to 30-wide by any length."
Nu-Da offers several options for its storage buildings including ramps, lean-tos, shelving, windows and roll-up doors.
"All three of the businesses we represent are family businesses and we are a family business as well," Caceres said.
