Local women are invited to attend the East Metro Women's Connection luncheon.

Join us for our "Holiday Harvest" with "Gathering Gifts and Goodies" - Spires Interiors & Gifts in Covington will present all their many gift ideas for the whole family, from jewelry, purses, home decorating, team sports and so much more.

"Abundant Harvest" - In pursuit of the "American Dream," Betty Childs, a former aerospace employee discovers how to turn her rejections into acceptance and insecurities into confidence.

The event is scheduled to be held from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. Nov. 13, at Mama Maria's Italian Grill, 10205 Access Road. The cost is $14 inclusive.

Complimentary childcare will be provided by making a reservation. Mothers are asked to bring a sack lunch for each child.
