U.S. Congressman Paul Broun, R-Athens, stopped by Covington Wednesday on his bus tour around the newly drawn 10th district as he seeks re-election.
Broun, a medical doctor, discussed conservative issues with local Republicans at their Covington headquarters on the square.
We need a different president because this president's policies have failed," he said. "We need to have folks in Washington that are going to tackle the debt."
Broun also discussed his patient option act that he said would repeal the Affordable Health Care Act, and put in place a policy that would make healthcare more affordable.
