The Newton County Board of Commissioners will enter into a closed executive session immediately following the opening of a public meeting Wednesday to discuss potential litigation, according to a public notice issued over the weekend.

The meeting will begin at 7:30 in the first floor training room of the county Administration Building. The board will reopen the meeting after the executive session for any potential votes.
