A Flint Hill Elementary student has been charged with indecent exposure and electronically furnishing obscene material to minors following an incident where he reportedly exposed himself to two classmates and also sent obscene text messages to others.

The 11-year-old boy reportedly exposed himself to two young girls on the school bus. It was later discovered that the boy had also sent text messages to three other elementary-aged girls that contained a photo of his genitals.

He was charged and released to his parents. According to Flint Hill's handbook, indecent exposure and inappropriate sexual behavior are both prohibited. Both are penalized at the discretion of the administrator, which can include punishment as minor as a conference and as severe as a suspension and a formal hearing.
