Kelli Danielle Malcom of Oxford and Russell George Rebholz of Griffin were married Oct. 4 at sunset on the beach of Tybee Island with Stephen Palmer officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Kent and Allison Haralson of Oxford and Scott and Jamie Malcom of Shady Dale. She is the granddaughter of Elsie Blair and the late Gene Blair of Oxford and H.S. Haralson and the late Grace Haralson of Covington and Art and Sandra Norred of Oxford and Gerald and Catherine Malcom of Covington

The groom is the son of William "Red" and Chung Rebholz of Griffin.

The bride was given in marriage by her father and stepfather. She wore a white chiffon empire A-line gown with beaded spaghetti straps and beaded, embroidered illusion back. The sweep train and fingertip veil complimented her gown. She carried a bouquet of white Asiatic lilies and a white handkerchief given to her by her grandmother Sandra Norred. As something old, she wore a pearl necklace, given to her by her grandparents H.S. and the late Grace Haralson. As something new, the bride wore a pair of pearl earrings given to her by Amy Ivey. As something borrowed, she wore a diamond ring, from her grandmother, Elsie Blair, along with a blue garter for something blue. The bride wore a sixpence in her shoe, given to her mother at her wedding by her father, the late Gene Blair.

 Serving as the bride’s attendants were sister of the bride Kimberly Malcom, of Covington, childhood friend Amy Ivey of Oxford and cousin of the bride Vicki Blair of Conyers.

Serving as groom’s attendants were father of the groom William "Red" Rebholz of Griffin and friends of the groom Paul Moore of Griffin and D.J. Wiggen of Locust Grove.

Ushers were the uncle of the bride, Randall Donaldson of Covington, and friend of the groom, Jody Corley.

Flower girls were niece of the groom Chloe Chapman and niece of the bride Sarah Skinner. Ring bearer was nephew of the groom Ryan Chapman.

The reception was held at The Guard House at Fort Screven. The beautiful white, three-tiered wedding cake with seashells was made by the bride’s aunt Michelle Donaldson and cousin Amanda Jacques of Covington.

The couple honeymooned in the North Georgia Mountains and now reside in Griffin.
