 Louisa Jordan Morris and Charles Hill Morris Jr. of Covington announce the birth of their son "Charles" Hill Morris III Feb. 12 at Piedmont Hospital, Atlanta. He weighed 8 pounds and 7 ounces and was 21.5 inches long.

  Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Lamert Whitfred Jordan of Greenville, S.C. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Morris of Savannah.
