I would like to introduce you to Faith Community Church. As I prayed about where to launch a new work for God, He began showing me the needs in Newton County and the surrounding areas. With over 101,000 people in Newton, I found out that only 41 percent of the population was active in a church family. Together, with the help of others, we decided to help more people find a church home where they can connect honestly with God, connect with others in genuine friendship and connect to our community.

We are looking to be a church family where people can learn how to be Christ-centered, to receive Biblical understanding about life and to be engaged towards helping in the betterment of our community. We would like to help build strong families, transform our communities, reclaim biblical values and impact the world.

Faith Community Church exists to help non-followers to become followers of Christ through Biblical teaching and missional training for impacting their community and the world. We are committed to these core ACTS:

• Active – Developing community for all walks of life while being relevant and relational to all who come (Acts 2:44-46)
• Christ-centered – Fully committed to growing together in our understanding of and in our love for God (Acts 2:42-43)
• Transforming — Interacting within our community to demonstrate Christ’s love in action in order to extend His offer of peace to the world (Acts 18:8; Acts 2:47)
• Spirit-led — Prayerful and purposeful in vision and conviction as we learn to fully trust God’s Word and His Spirit (Acts 1:8; 2:1-4)

David Grace has been in ministry since 1996. He has a Christian Ministry, B.S. from Lee University and an MBA from Beulah Heights University. He enjoys spending time with his wife and his children. When not working in ministry David enjoys teaching Tae Kwon Do, reading, yard work (when it’s not too hot), time with friends, blogging and gaming (yes, even preachers play video games).
