Dale and Emily Williams of Covington announce the birth of their daughter Alayna Grace Williams June 30 at Newton Medical Center. She weighed three pounds and 12 ounces and was 16. 5 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are David and Christina Brock of Covington and Terry Weekly of Panama City Beach, Fla. Paternal grandparents are Roger and Deborah Williams of Covington.
