Surviving are sons and daughters-in-law Henry and Rae Cook and Clyde and Phyllis Cook; grandchildren Marynell Cook and Steven Singleton, Bill and Carrie Cook, Emily Cook and Brad Rivers, LeeAnn Cook; great-grandchildren Betty Singleton, Stephanie Singleton, Janna Byrd, Justin Cook, Macklin Cook, Brandon Singleton, Marcus Cook, Zachary Rivers; brother Arthur Niblett; sister Rena Yarborough; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Monday, Sept. 17, at 2 p.m. at Bethany Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to ALTUS Healthcare and Hospice, 1 Dunwoody Park, Suite 128, Atlanta, or Bethany Presbyterian Church Building Fund, 1002 Bethany Road, Covington, 30016.
