JoyLynn Decoux, 44, of Covington died peacefully at her home Feb. 7. Daughter of the late Beverly Pace Boothe, Ms. Decoux was a member of Baptist Tabernacle. She loved watching NASCAR, arts and crafts and traveling to Florida to visit her grandchildren.

Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Abraham Lord of Inverness, Fla.; grandchildren, Welsey and Memphis Lord; father, David Boothe; sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Greg Skidmore; brother, Michael Booth; niece, Ciara Skidmore; nephew, Caden Skidmore, all of Covington.

Funeral services for Ms. Decoux will be held at 1:30 p.m. today, Feb. 10, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home with Dr. David Moody and Dr. R. Hudson Moody officiating. Interment will follow at Crest Lawn Memorial Park.
