 Mr. and Mrs. Barry L. Carter of Oxford announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Candace Renee to Mr. Justin David Baker.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Lighthouse Christian Academy.

The future groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter L. Baker of Jersey. He is a graduate of Jersey Christian Academy.

The wedding will be Nov. 10 at Jersey Holiness Church, Jersey.
