Rodney and Angela Belcher announce the marriage of their daughter Tequila Monique Belcher of Covington to Kevin Troy Anthony, son of Danny and Jean Anthony of Covington June 21.

The bride is the granddaughter of Larry and Mary Ann Jackson and Carey and Sarah Belcher, all of Covington. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and is currently working on her masters.

The groom is the grandson of Owen Jr. and the late Deloris Anthony and the late Guy and Mercina David, all of Covington. He is employed by Morningside Company.
