The following individuals were sentenced by Superior Court Judge David Irwin for the month of May.
• Jessica Rae Jones pleaded guilty to Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and was ordered to serve 10 years on probation with the initial period being under intensive supervision. Jones was also ordered to pay as $2,000 fine and was allowed to plea as a first offender.
• Lyndon Tucker pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and was sentenced to five years probation, a $2,000 fine and ordered to perform 96 hours of community service.
• Rachael Nicole Barnwell pleaded guilty to Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and obstruction of a law enforcement officer and was sentenced to five year probation and a $1,000 fine. Barnwell was also ordered to perform 40 hours of community service and was allowed to plea as a first offender.
• Anthony Dewitt Hughes pleaded guilty to false swearing and was sentenced to two years probation and a $1,500 fine. Hughes was allowed to plea as a first offender.
• Sarah Gels Speyer entered a nolo contendere plea to a charge of simple battery and criminal trespass and was sentenced to 12 months probation and have no violent contact with the victim in the case. Speyer was also ordered to pay $120 in restitution and consume no alcohol for the duration of the sentence.
• William Douglas McCranie pleaded guilty to Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and DUI and was sentenced to five years probation, $1,500 in fines and ordered to perform 40 hours of community service. McCranie was also ordered to consume no alcohol for the duration of the sentence and was allowed to plea as a first offender.
• Tari Nicole Lemonds pleaded guilty to two counts of first degree forgery, giving a false name and date of birth to a law enforcement officer, failure to drive on the right side of the road, driving without a license and no proof of insurance and was ordered to serve the first 90 days of a five year sentence and pay a $1,000 fine.
• David Mark Crisp, also known as David Mark Crist, pleaded guilty to burglary of a commercial business and carrying a concealed weapon and was ordered to serve the first three years of an eight year sentence. Crisp was also ordered to pay a $2,000 fine.
• Isaac Eliezer Sojouner entered a nolo contendere plea to reckless conduct, criminal trespass and removal of property subject to security interest and was sentenced to serve the first 12 months of a three year sentence. Sojouner was also ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $500 in restitution.
• Kevin Dwayne Wofford pleaded guilty to first degree forgery and was ordered to serve the first 60 days of a five year sentence and perform 120 hours of community service. Wofford was also ordered to pay $374.54 in restitution and was allowed to plea as a first offender.
• Danielle Nicole Vess pleaded guilty to Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, DUI and failure to stop at a red light and was sentenced to 36 months on probation and a total of $1,600 in fines. Vess was allowed to plea as a first offender.
• Edmond Andre Douglas pleaded nolo contendere to deposit account fraud and was sentenced to two years probation, a $1,000 fine and ordered to pay $7,665 in restitution. Douglas was allowed to plea as a first offender.
• Angela Yvette Wells pleaded guilty to theft by taking and was sentenced to three years probation, a $1,000 fine and ordered to pay $420 in restitution. Wells was allowed to plea as a first offender.
• Bobby Lee Farmer pleaded guilty to theft by receiving stolen property and was sentenced to three years probation, a $1,000 fine and ordered to have no further contact with the victim in the case. Farmer was allowed to plea as a first offender.
• Daniel Earl Laytham Jr. pleaded guilty to theft by receiving stolen property and sentenced to three years probation, a $1,500 fine and ordered to have no contact with the victim in the case.
• Malcom Pierre Jackson pleaded guilty to Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and was sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine. Jackson was allowed to plea as a first offender.
• Andrew Allen Brice pleaded guilty to Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and was sentenced to five years probation and a $1,000 fine. Brice was allowed to plea as a first offender.
• Kevin Ashley Howard pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and DUI and was sentenced to serve the first 12 months of a 24 month sentence, a $1,000 fine and $122.90 in restitution. Howard was also ordered to consume no alcohol for the duration of the sentence.
• Charles Dennis Walden pleaded guilty to deposit account fraud and was ordered to serve one year with the time being suspended upon payment of $525 in restitution within 45 days. Walden was allowed to plea as a first offender.
• Terry Lewis Brown Jr. pleaded guilty to second degree criminal damage to property and criminal trespass and was sentenced to three years probation and 240 hours of community service. Brown was ordered to pay $325 in restitution and was allowed to plea as a first offender.
• Nyisha Elizabeth Hardy pleaded guilty to Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and was sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine. Hardy was allowed to plea as a first offender.
• Marcus Jamario Johnson and Brain Lamaras Preston pleaded guilty to Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and were ordered to serve the first two years of a five year sentence with the time being suspended upon them successfully completing 12 months in the work/release program. Both were ordered pay a $1,500 fine and allowed to plea as a first offenders. Both men were also ordered to not be in possession of digital scales for the duration of their sentence.
• Kenneth Alberto Perez pleaded guilty to Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and was ordered to serve the first two years of a five year sentence but had the prison time suspended upon him successfully completing 12 months in the work release program. Peres was fined $1,500 and allowed to plea as a first offender.
• Kristopher Demarcus Johnson entered a plea to a charge of criminal trespass and was sentenced to 12 months probation and 96 hours of community service. Johnson was ordered to have no contact with the victim and allowed to plea as a
first offender.

• Edmond Andre Douglas pleaded nolo contendere to deposit account fraud and was sentenced to two years probation, a $1,000 fine and ordered to pay $7,665 in restitution. Douglas was allowed to plea as a first offender.

• Malcom Pierre Jackson pleaded guilty to Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and was sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine. Jackson was allowed to plea as a first offender.
• Andrew Allen Brice pleaded guilty to Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and was sentenced to five years probation and a $1,000 fine. Brice was allowed to plea as a first offender.
• Kevin Ashley Howard pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and DUI and was sentenced to serve the first 12 months of a 24 month sentence, a $1,000 fine and $122.90 in restitution. Howard was also ordered to consume no alcohol for the duration of the sentence.
• Charles Dennis Walden pleaded guilty to deposit account fraud and was ordered to serve one year with the time being suspended upon payment of $525 in restitution within 45 days. Walden was allowed to plea as a first offender.
