This month the Covington Fire Department celebrates its 100th birthday; there will be a ceremony at 3 p.m. Nov. 22 - the actual date of CFD's establishment - at the Pace Street Station. The Covington News is producing a special commemorative special section in honor of this occasion. This special section will publish on the Sunday of the anniversary.
