We were disappointed — as we are sure his many friends were — that our own Judge Ozburn did not get the nod for the open spot on the Supreme Court. We greatly appreciate Senator John Douglas for nominating him.

Though the Governor might not have recognized it, those of us who know and respect Judge Ozburn’s work know that the very best choice for that position was our judge. He’s always a class act.
