Reverend Harold Ray Henderson of Oxford, GA died Wednesday June 30, 2010 at Newton Medical Center. He was born on September 10, 1940 in Porterdale, GA to Charlie F. and the late Woodie Faye Garner Henderson. Reverend Henderson was the pastor of Grace Baptist Church for 22 years and at Bold Springs Baptist Church for 8 years. He received his Doctorate of Theology in 2004. Reverend Henderson is survived by his Wife: Pat Henderson; Daughter: Kim Henderson of Oxford, GA; Sons and Daughters-in-law: Keith and Paula Henderson of Scottsboro, AL, Scott and Keeva Henderson of Oxford, GA, Brad and Kristy Henderson of Richmond Hill, GA; Grandchildren: Josh Henderson, Robert McQuaig, William McQuaig, Eric Henderson, Matthew Henderson, Audrey Henderson and Ella Henderson; Great Grandchildren: Liam McQuaig, Brianna McQuaig, Harper Henderson and Hayden Henderson; Father and Step Mother: C.F and Myrtle Henderson of Oxford, GA; Step Brother and Sister in law: Wayne and Kathy Dimsdale of Oxford, GA; Aunt and Uncle Audrey and Walter Jenkins of Covington, GA and Uncle Bobby Joe Henderson of Covington, GA also survive him. He was preceded in death by his Sister: Peggy Henderson and Brothers: Wayne and Tommy Henderson. Funeral services for Reverend Henderson will be held at 11:00AM on July 3, 2010 at Grace Baptist Church with Rev. Clifton Brown, Rev. Phillip Bone, Rev. Bob Crowe and Rev. Lenn Hollingsworth officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, July 2, 2010 from 5:00PM until 9:00PM.
